Sitel Expands its Call Center in Texas

Sitel is hiring 150 new customer care call center agents for its facility in San Angelo, TX. These newly hired agents will aim to support expanding clients in the financial, energy and natural nutrition markets by providing inbound customer support.
Touted as a a global provider of outsourced customer care services, Sitel has twice been ranked as the top overall call center outsourcing provider in Datamonitor's annual Black Book of Outsourcing survey.
“It is really exciting to see Sitel continue to grow within this vibrant community and to offer both entry level positions as well as opportunities to career path across a global business operating in more than 120 centers around the world,” said Grant Tilley, site director of Sitel's San Angelo facility, in a statement.
Sitel has teamed with Texas Workforce Solutions to recruit new employees. The company has organized an onsite job fair on Thursday, October 4, 2012 for candidates who want to work at the newly expanded facility.
The job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Sitel’s facility located at 2702 West Loop 306. Those interested in working at Sitel’s San Angelo, Texas facility can also apply online on Sitel's "Careers" section on the company’s website.
“This expansion within the San Angelo call center is a direct result of our commitment to exceed our client expectations by providing outstanding customer service. These positions will begin the first week of October,” added Tilley.Candidates can learn more about the position openings by calling the Sitel HR Team in San Angelo at (325) 947-9817.
Just last month, the company was in the news for creating 100 new call center agent positions in Kentucky.
